Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Appointments are preferred so we can give your pet our full attention without waiting. Walk-ins are accepted for emergencies — please call ahead so we can prepare.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Any previous medical records, vaccination certificates, and a list of current medications or supplements. If your pet is on a specific diet, the food name and brand is helpful too.
Do you handle emergencies after hours?
Yes — our emergency line operates 24/7. Call us first and we'll triage over the phone; if your pet needs immediate care we'll meet you at the clinic.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI, all major credit and debit cards, and online bank transfer. We'll always discuss costs before proceeding with any treatment.
